Anthony has been conducting the  East Anglian Single Reed Choir since 2008. it was formed in January 2000 by Angela Fussell in response to the need in the area for a specialist ensemble. The members are drawn from a wide area within East Anglia and the Choir is open to clarinet and/or saxophone players who live/work in the East Anglian community.The repertoire is varied and includes classical music which is often written or arranged for the ensemble and the lighter styles of jazz and folk music. Recent performances have included works by Andy Scott, Jeffery Wilson, Woolfenden, Borodin, Mendelssohn, Jacob, Harvey to name but a few. Several EASRC members have featured as solo performers. The EASRC recently spent a very enjoyable, hard working weekend recording some of their favourite works and, since since 2010, have taken over the orgsanisation of the annual Colchester based SingleReedFestival. go to www.singlereeds.co.uk  to download an application form and to buy our CD and to find out other information.
